The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) offers support to all its members when they need it. Bullying and harassment cases often involve both parties (complainant and alleged harasser) being CSP members.
If an allegation has arisen as a direct result of the alleged harasser carrying out a specific instruction on behalf of the employer, the alleged harasser would normally be expected to seek support from the employer. However, many bullying and harassment cases are not clear-cut enough to fall in this category. For this reason, CSP has developed clear guidelines on what support will be offered to both parties.
