The Professional Advice Team (PAT) advises on specialist professional practice enquiries.
The Professional Advice Team (PAT) provides advice and support to members with complex and specialist enquiries about physiotherapy practice. These include:
- Professional practice issues
- Practice standards, values and behaviours
The Professional Advice Team is made up of Chartered Physiotherapists and other specialists. We help members understand the issues they face in their practice, and provide advice and support to enable all enquirers to take their own appropriate action and decisions.
There are some things that we can’t provide specialist advice on such as obtaining registration to work in overseas countries, bespoke business advice, legal advice, regulatory advice or dispute resolution, including clinical disputes. If you need access to these services, we will signpost to relevant sources of information.
Have you visited our Professional and Clinical web pages? We provide comprehensive information on many aspects of practice there. If your enquiry is not answered there, please get in touch.
