Online diaries, in-depth interviews, focus groups and surveys with members and people with lived experience gave us the following insights to build the campaign
Stronger My Way is the culmination of two years’ work, funded by Sport England, to identify the most effective ways to enable people living with long-term conditions to take part in strengthening activities on a more regular basis.
Three principles we’ve stuck to while building Stronger My Way:
- Communication
- Empowerment
- Partnership
